A serious question - does anyone know why the LSV stadium floodlights were on at midnight last night, please? (and still burning at 1:30 a.m.)

For the Worms i think.

I've seen this happen before when i've been on my way home from work and it's baffled me too. I'm bobbing to LSV later on, i'll ask and report back.

The lsv gets used quite a bit to shoot comercials and to test tv cameras.

But at 1:30 a.m?

I have done commercials and pop promos where I have worked for nearly 36 hours nonstop. It is very rare these days but it does happen.

In the absence of anyone being able to shed any light on this subject, I'll have to accept one of the more inventive reasons. Although 'TV BOY's' explanation seems more likely, I'd rather believe 'frankb's' - especially as other anonymous sources suggest that he may well have been present, at the time!

Well I am not one for conspiracy theories and although I don't doubt Jonny's veracity maybe he is under duress.

I assure viewers of this intrigueing thread that I was fast asleep at home at the time the lights were on.

It is times like this that make one realise it is symptomatic of what is wrong with this country.

I live alone these days Jonny and am a very chaste person.

I have to set an example after all I am on a fixed income.
