To be honest I'm not sure he's even after game times, he's retiring after this season and right now is only in to fill injury voids at Wigan when needed.

To get anyone on loan we would have to officially drop one of our 4 DC players as I think the system states you can have a maximum of 4 DC/Loan agreements at anyone time.

Anyway I reckon we will see Duffs at 7 on Sunday, and dependant on his disciplinary next week for the foreseeable.

I thought the limit was for dual players only but will take your word for it. Nowt to say we can't terminate say Unit's DC for a few weeks while he's in the Saints team and then get him back on DC once any loaned half back goes back, as Widnes have done with Ainscough.

Have Widnes dropped some of their DC's then? As they have had 4 so far this season (Farrell, Davies, Ainscough, Dean) and also have Jordan James and Kirk Netherton on loan?

Don't rate durbin at all TBH. Not big enough, not good enough. Think Nicholson is already better than him.

Nicholson will be a future 1st choice hooker for Leigh. I think he deserves a shot.

Durbin hasn't particularly impressed me in the couple of reserve games that I've seen, but there again I'm not entirely sure that Nicholson is ready yet. Can we get Tony Stewart back?

Better to play a 40 minute Nicholson (with Duffy at 7) than an 80 minute Durbin, I reckon. There again, would Duffy manage 80 minutes having been 'spelled' all season?

Millward is not happy with de registering the duals as if they are available for the semi's they have had to play 75% of league games but a dispensation can be applied for if they get injured or called up by their SL teams, if they de rigister then re register then it is deemed a new contract so they would be unavailable for semis, also or any player to be eligable for NRC they have to be registered by 4th June.
it is a waste of time getting a young half back on loan as they couldnt possibly learn the calls and drills the team uses in time.
And it is definately only 4 loanees or duals or a mixture of both, to get anyone else on board they will have to be signed contracted players.
The ODD thing is there appears nothing in the rules that says a club cant de register their duals and sign loaness for the semi's, a big loophole there if true.

In that case, let's keep Unit then. Thought there might have been a loophole somewhere!

I think a Ridyard-Duffy partnership at half-back and, if Nicholson isn't ready, then I suppose rotate Durbin and Jock at hooker. Got a huge concern about Durbin's defence though.
