after a brilliant season Ian Mort had last year from wot I've seen on here over loads of threads no one seems to like Mort any more strange!

Where would you play him - certainly not 1st choice F/B, although Donlan could be an answer to any concers in the .
Brilliant seems a bit strong BTW - plenty of room for improvement, especially in defence

Donlan at FB for sure always unless different circumstances like injurys & Mort on the wing.

I'm glad you're not picking the team mate lol. Learn from the mistakes of last season, Donlan is most effective at full back and he's first choice there. Maden also has a lot to prove in my opinion but I'm sure Ian will light a fire under him... having said that you can't leave Nanyn out of our starting 17.

I'm sure Armitstead will start as well and you've not even got him on the bench. I know its all about opinions but I doubt this is the side Ian will pick. I would have Mort on the wing before Maden and Nanyn in the centres for sure.

I'm not sure Robbie Paul is up to playing as your first choice 7 throughout the season?

He might not play every game but I'm sure he'll start most of them as 7. Thing is if Duffy is playing 9 and McConnell is sub most games they can change things around easily enough.

Also got Durbin and Ridyard if and when needed at half back or 9 in Durbin's case so plenty of cover.

I would rate about 15 centres above Nanyn!

The best 17 will be who ever runs out with the shirts on whenever we play

Cant put Bibey in my lineup at the mo as he`s out injured till March......if Hartley or Paul are injured would move Durbin to HB and bring Ridyard to bench.

Could do with a little more pace though !

I dont like Nanyn to slow, Armistead's a prop whos to small to play prop, McConnell is very inconsistant and can't tackle for halfpenny..... Donlands a better faster more agile centre than Nanyn.... Durbin offers more impact off the bench than McConnell.......... Higson is better than Armistead I think.........

How can you not pick bibey for being injuryed but yet pick durbin, aint durbin our for like 2-3 months after an op?

If you read it properly, he said that he hasn't put bibey in the team because he is out injured till march.

Don't think the Durbin injury has been publicised, perhaps thats why?
