What's your thoughts on your chances Friday?

I've not seen anything of Leigh this year so really haven't got a clue how you play. Whereas you've probably seen us twice and have more of an idea.

I hope we can show a big improvement but i fear the worst, i would be more than happy with a bonus point.

Have read views on your board, that Widnes play too much 'one-man' rugby. If so, Friday could be the bore of all time, as that's definitely our 'style' (?!) too!!

We are very much work in progress. Unfortunately we are not fortunate enough to have the money of some of our NL1 rivals to add to our young talent. We need to stay in this league this year so that we can build on some of this young talent. Widnes to win by 20 on Good Friday.

don't know why, but i fancy us to win on friday, no i haven't been drinking before you ask, just think we'll take em on friday, especially if we get a few players back, marsh, armistead, durbin, stanton, not sure how long higson is out for , but you read it here wolrab predicts a leigh win.

i think it will be a close game. most games we play you are. one thing i can take from friday is that our defence seemed improved.

Well as Leigh4eva is currently not posting I think TKL will not play cos he,s on contract money anyway.

Duffy will have indegestion, Doran will be sin binned for holding down, Gaskell will continually knock on.Doran will be red carded for doing it again. Leigh will take 500 fans and those there will be glad they were at the game because we,ll have a ref who doesn,t penalise us for high tackles, holding down or not being square at the play the ball.

Got to disagree with you I`m afraid I have watched Widnes twice and they play boreing one man rugby that can be beaten if you throw the ball about a bit.Was not impressed with them to say they are a full time team I expected to come away from the games in awe of them .They were not super fit either so I don`t know whose in charge of fitness up there in short they looked very average and can be beaten I assure you.

Unfortunatley Linda it seems that we also play like Widnes and seem unable to play an expansive game

Should be very exciting

a full time team means nothing unless its a good one, even though they (Widnes) aren't one. Neither are we, theres more strike in a box of matches than our team and more holes in our defence than a piece of Emmental cheese.

We always raise our game for Widnes, and I think it'll be more the case on Friday with Ned being in charge. This game could turn the 'drab' start of the season around or it could continue the demise
