My long term fear is the people running the LSV may be the demise of the rugby club also. Thankfully the club has alot more in the way of "people power" than Genesis.

As for whoever the Leigh players were messing about at the window during the Genesis meeting they should be ashamed of themselves.

Should certainly be serving as a warning shot, that's for sure - Fred Parky's 'Crilly Park' prediction could be coming true, albeit for the football before the rugby.

Also my comment was to just bring attention to a blatant mis-truth.
i'd agree there was a good half a rooms worth though and those that did attend are obviously passionate about the club.
the blame for the clubs predicament must land squarely at the feet of that certain person who thought it a good idea to change the clubs name and team colours then not to bother with a sponsor and just put them clubs new name on the shirt.
OH and the over blown wages payed to the players who im told are on more money per week than the average championship rugby player.

So, they 'knock back' half a million quids worth from a local club in favour of renting the ground out to Blackburn's reserves!!!
