When will the idiots running the bars realise that it is better to sell 2000 pints at £2.00 than 400 at £3.00 ?
When they do then I will drink there, till then its the pubs selling reasonably priced beer!

They should try it one week. selling beer at £2 a pint - the first home match on a Sunday in the NRC would be a good time, they will have time to advertise it in the press beforehand, and then see if their profits increase/

If it's normally £3 for a pint that just leaves 2 quid for a pie - how much dearer than that is it usually?

Last season a pie was selling for 270 of your English pennies, The Watcher will not be taking up this fine offer, it is still to expensive.

His plea at IM night was for more spectators.Whats been done to entice more.As an existing st holder didnt even get an invite to re new.Others have posted negative factors and its frustrating to see and do that.
The club and lsv have failed to respond to questions raised.The positives all surround IM.

Nothing at all to do with the club as the catering co have the seperate franchise . Maybe a boycott of the concourse bars is needed to make them realise that most people won't pay their crazy hyped up prices

I hope it doesn't come to that Gaz. They could turn around and stop anyone bringing any food or drink into the ground and that would wind the fans up even more. A petition is the thing that they will take notice of. If I was stopped from bringing the little flask of hot vimto in for me and my son because of a fan boycott on the catering then I wouldn't go to games and I bet there are about a thousand fans that would feel the same. Get into the club, the LSV and the caterer's ribs by a petition.

That wouldn't make fans buy overpriced, poor quality food & drink but it would be commercial suicide.

That is what I was saying. I know It's out of the clubs control but if it is a major problem then they would have to listen. I would like to see the catering contract go to a local company that does not have the overheads of the ones now. Selling local pies and pasties. I have had the pies at the ground twice now and both times they were rubbish. If enough people shout about it they will listen.

I have always recieved replies from both parties, it sometimes takes a while especially with the LSV but it happens.
