Thought Derek was poorly when I saw this

His money and drive would be excellent but can you imagine The Dr & Derek working together? Both, for better or worse, like things done their way. I doubt 2 such strong characters would work together well & I'd rather have Derek than Koukash. Think he's made more of a success & the players seem to prefer him. Hopefully Koukash will stay at Salford, Derek & the Doc can stay friends & work together at Super League Europe Ltd AGM.

Alan I've met and chatted with Marwan a few times, Horse Racing is my second sport,Marwans knowledge on Horse Racing is not that great,his main trainer is Richard Fahy and with Marwans cash I would have thought he would go for a Southern based Trainer, they tend to win all the Classics,he is OK at Chester and maybe Haydock but he doesn't have many winners at Newmarket, or Ascot.
Personally I think Derek and Marwan would make a great team,they are BOTH natural winners in life,and would bounce off each other well.
