Like VL says, listened to him commentate so many times, and he's done a sterling job. I even love him more than Dave as his accents stronger and winds my Yorkshire fella up more ha ha. Definitely had the fans eye view, not biased just passionate

I have totaly enjoyed Dereks unbiased commentries over the years. He certainly has entertained me.

Derek is guest of honour along with young Baiden today and will be being looked after and dining with Chairman John Roddy.

I know Derek from his Grammar School days and it was great to hear him speak about his heroes, who were mine at the time. A very good watch, my thanks to the TV team.

Seems to have been part of the furniture during my time of watching Leigh.
