The fog of war PNE unfortunately for leigh you have suffered from the reffing inconsistencies that we all come across,but like you say these are big games. I genuinely do feel for the leythers tonight. That aside Paul Rowley has got to be coach of the year surely.

The ref did play a part and its something perhaps the club might want to speak to Stuart Cummings about in the close season as the last two games have seen us hit at crucual times so it won't do any harm to find out what we are percieved to be doing wrong by Stuarts officials.
I'd say us blowing 3 certain tries in the first half was the actual reason we lost the game though coupled with too many wrong options taken at critical times and Sheffield doing the exact opposite.
That 2nd half ending is something to take into pre season training for next year and use as a building block in what is shaping up to look like a good competitive league next season.

Left attack first half cost us the game, Gardiner was shocking again. Could have been even at HT but I expected a big loss and came away thinking what if.........

We actually took over 1,000 to the final last year. However we had allocations in three seperate stands which made it look daft. You might have noticed us a bit more if we'd had anything to shout about!
