Thats just bad luck, now if you worked in a cigarette factory and there was a no smoking sign on your cigarette break, that would be Ironic. Great character is Ged. he did a good job with the Wigan academy a couple of years back, but left as he wanted to spend more time with his family.

Ah Ged Byrne, the man who wouldn't join Wigan's full-time ethos as he refused to give up his job as a window cleaner.
My favourite Ged Byrne anecdote was the one when John Monie was going round the dressing room at half time reading out the tackle count of each player, he got to Ged and started giving him a rocket for having only made 2 tackles in the half. Ged's reply was "coach....would you run at me?"
