To be fair today i witnessed one of the most complete performances I have ever seen on a rugby field.
Briers proved again he is still world class and should be England 1st choice.
Mathers proved again what a good full back he is.
Morley is still the best prop in the world quite possibly.
Bridge again showed what a class player he is developing into ...

he is right up alongside big Les for me....if he carries on for another couple of seasons like he is at the moment he could well end up as the best prop the club has ever had.

We are witnessing something very special at the moment IMO..enjoy it..we certainly deserve it after the years of underachievement we have had!

The great teams of the past in the 1950's and early 70's....this team is showing signs that it is going to write itself into that company IMO.



Everywhere you look in the team at the moment..players are outstanding....Give Mr Smith the keys to the town now I say!

He played for Wales in those games? All I have said he has been poor bar one half of a game in international rugby. I thought he was magnificent today and is very good for Wire week in week out.

I'll say it again..he has never been given a go at international rugby behind a decent pack....name one half back that HAS done a good job for GB in the last 10/15 years?

top performance from Wire today, other fans can go on about what Hudds didn't do etc.. but the way Wire played and took every chance available they would have done that to any team.

At half time I text a few people to say Wire were on the verge of something very special. We saw in the 2nd half how special as a team we can become - that whole performance was probably the most complete against a top class side for many a year from Warrington.

The key now is not to get too excited & show that it was not a flash in the pan but for the players & coaches to show the RL world how special this side can be.

He aint got a computer or broadband but wish to pass on that he thought yesterdays game was excellent. My mum and dad met at a warrington game (and I believe it was against huddersfiled) and they have been married over 50 years. Trumped?
