After losing Harrison and our forward display last week, we cannot go to Wigan with 2 forwards on the bench, we need 3 on the bench with either higham or ratchford, one of them will miss out and either wood or currie will miss out, IMO I don't think he will play wood because of what's been going on, let him get himself sorted before he comes back into the team, I think we need currie because we need someone who can play 2nd row when Waterhouse comes off and he's the ideal player, cooper and CARVELL as the rotating forwards

I think Monas M off the bench will terrorise them after 25/30minutes. Think Ratch has to be in there and Evans looked fantastic last week.

Does anyone know if Wigan accept Junior Season Ticket vouchers on the night? Or do you need to swap them for a ticket?

What's different from last year is the form of Evans and Grix.

I would really like to see Evans get a good long run in the first team. We need to know how good he really is. That gives TS a problem with Bridge though - glad I don't have to pick the teams.

I would love Woody to play as there is no better game for him to return where the need is for a big performance. Can't wait for tomorrow.

I hope Ratch is involved as he gives us a lot of options plus he is dangerous and not afraid to go himself p,us he has pace. "We all hate Wigan...."

I think TS has a big dilemma on who to play Centre! Evans has a massive future & will be our regular 1st choice Centre for years to come, but Ratch played fantastic there at the end of last season. In a few weeks time Bridgey will be fit & ready to go, Lord knows how TS will balance the team then whilst keeping 3 class Centres happy & match fit.

Some real depth, and a great problem to have. A few injuries and we still have genuine quality replacements across the 17

I can't go to the game tonight so me and a pal are going to Walkabout in Manchester to watch the match and kibbitz about some things. Really looking forward to it and also armageddon on both Wigan and Wire boards regardless of the outcome. Delightful.

As for the line up, I think you play Evans. If this guy is who we think he is, he's going to have to get used to playing in games this size, even if it is early season in a 27 round dead rubber.

I will be 180 miles away from the match, even worse Mrs Winslade has organised a 'surprise' meal out with some friends at the local, so I will even miss the commentary.

I think TS will reward the form of Simon Grix at Left Second Row and start Trent through the middle. Cooper just tips it for me over Wood, plus the 'personal issues' that Wood brings with him might get an unwanter rise from the Wigan speccies.

I don't get why we would play higham and ratchford on the bench? Did you not watch the game last week, our forwards were knackered, I think we need 2 props ( cooper and carvell ) and a 2nd rower ( currie ) they have weak forwards so we need to dominate them down the middle because we have the backs who can tear them to pieces...wood and ratchford to miss out for me

Currie & Ratch to miss out. That'd be my call. Obviously depends whether Woody is fit and ready to go. I wouldn't be too fussed if Ratch played over Higham either. I do feel as though we need 2 props and a SR so we can dominate the Wigan pack and give no room for Sam though.

If we dominate their pack and return the ball within 10 m of their try line to male them, I think we can have a field day.

It's certainly a sin binning. She may even get a 1 game ban.

Although I missed last week (away on a jolly) and missed Evans' performance I can't believe that Ratchford has 'lost' the shirt on here. I really enjoy watching him play so would be in my 17.

Great dilema to have, though I wouldn't know where to start these days if form and fitness were equal across the squad especially against top opposition

Our forwards were not knackered. Most of our forwards can do 80mins if required (although obviously you don't make them do it if not necessary). The issues last week were the whole team got a bit sloppy after such a fast start and the game effectively won. We kept giving posession away through daft offloads and penalties.

I agree, don't think our forwards were knackered as such.

I would however prefer to have that extra forward on the bench, so I find myself in the unbelieveable situation of thinking about dropping Ratch outside of the 17! Not sure Monas can pay at the intensity required for the full 80 so need Higham in there, and think Currie would be the better option over Ratch for that 4th bench spot.

Been really impressed with Evans for the past couple of games, wouldn't want to see him dropped, lets build some confidence in him.
