Yeah, we played awesome and we started singing Barmy Army about half way through the first half, all the way through half time, and until the end. Sorry to drift it further, though, really, it is a silly thread, the forum on BK often sees halfhead threads which would draw the response of 'great site, lads' - scouse wit still lives on, you see?

The moderating of the forum was terrible, too. Swear words weren't filtered, so there would often be vulgure threads and at the time of the BNP membership list leak, a thread was started and hijacked by the "all the darkies take our jobs" brigade - again, vulgure and despicable language used, no action taken. Someone was banned for posting an inappropriate picture, however, despite it being very relevant to the thread - and funny - and the poster being a well respected, articulate, intellectual poster, not too dissimilar from our very own TANCW.

I don't use sigs so I don't usually bother, but more often than not I have a Liverpool related avatar on most forums I use. I have one or two Wire avatars to use, but you don't really get that many rugby pictures so it's quite limited. Like, after a Liverpool game, you can find dozens of pictures from the game, goal celebrations and so on.

Back to RL before the moderators start complaining again.

I'd like to think if we were third in the league at this stage of the season and playing decent rugby like the Giants do, the full house signs would be up every other week. This despite the fact that season tickets for the Wire are fairly expensive, whereas you can get one at Hudderfield for slightly less than a round of drinks at a Stockton Heath nightspot.

Were the Wire fans disrespecful - dead right!! It was so funny!!!

We were well beaten by half time so when the season ticket prices were announced it was just what our fans needed...

Lets be fair, if the shoe was on the other foot then our chairman would also have been a laughing stock (what, he already is...??? hehe!!).

At the end of the day, it was nothing more than friendly banter in a game where we were well beaten. The jibe about Hudds being 18-0 up helped kick-start it off in any case...

My advice is to lighten up, it's only a game...

Just to add, the GSL originated when BK was formed and would welcome emails/feedback, to which most would finish their correspondance with 'Great site, lads', as the site is run by literally a group of lads from Warrington. Then, in time, was turned into the ironic dig at silly threads.
