Being kicked out by the Police at Oldham in about 89 for creating a surge forward when we'd scored the winning try (a la the Cop or Stretford end in those days)...problem was there were only about 35 Wire fans there, and half of those were kids...

Any loss to Widnes....(Mind you , they were all forgotten when we sent them down)..

After we were 40 odd points down i stopped feeling gutted and looked forward to the song they played every time they scored!
2006 away to Quins - Westwood scores and gets it disallowed for a double movement. Clearly wasn't and ref didnt go to video despite it being available.
2006 play-offs away at Bradford. We lost to a better team but played well and went down with pride. In the dying seconds Terry Newton scored and the try was given despite a blatant knock on. Ref again did not go to the video despite it being available. This made the score line look like we had been battered, although we played very well against a very good team. |
