| Quote ="The Neutral Zone"Look at Wigan as an example, Tomkins will receive the ball but the defensive line on the kick chase is usually sound if not a little disjointed.
To utilise the effectiveness of Tomkins broken field running he'll drop the ball off to either Richards or Charnley.
Charnley/Richards role is to then hurry the fook up and get up off the tackle, Tomkins then runs at a retreating defensive line and gains more yards with his elusive running.
Now without the support of the wingers, Tomkins drives in, there is no quick play because there isn't the support.
Plus without the wingers support the defence can rush the FB, with the support of the wingers the defence has to have one mind on the cut out pass that puts the winger in to space.'"
Were on about Warrington now NZ!
All that happens here is as soon as fb gets the ball, rather than make yards back up, he'll do a hesitation, make a flat pass to the winger who is also stood still about 3ft away, who then starts a very slow run, straight into the pursuing tacklers!
Pointless.

| Penalties being kicked backwards to touch.
Warringtons total reluctance to try something different on the advantage/zero tackle play.
Penalties for stripping the ball when it should be a loose carry. As far as I am concerned if a player carries the ball in one hand/arm then it should always be a loose carry.
People not understanding forward momentum in relation to a backwards pass and how that differs with regards to a knock on.
Applauding opponents on to the pitch. This is something we would never do for Wigan, Saints or Widnes - why do it for Catalan!
Wiganers.

i ing hate that, i had a massive argument pre the catalan match with someone in the south stand over this, their point was there a good team, its they dont have fans over so they're welcoming them.
Then brent webb set foot on the field....

It it hadn't have had your name on the post anybody could have been forgiven for calling you a troll!!
Still....those Catalan faithful traveled a long way to be at the GF sitting in the Stretford End, buying Warrington scarfs and singing along, cheering our tries as we were, in the first half...ouch!

It isn't pointless you have been giving two explanations to why this is the case. It has very sound reasons.
It has become more prevalent especially when the trend has been to have only one winger drop with the fullback for kick collection rather than both.

| My pet hates dogs but it is a cat, cats probably hate everything though, even me.
I would hazard a guess thay my cat would even hate bacon and who hates bacon? (Muslims and Jewish people aside)
Ps my cat is neither Jewish or Muslim to my knowledge

| Fans of teams who get knocked out of the playoffs and then claim that year that "RL is dying".."I'm disillousioned with the game i'm done with it"..... Only to win it from 4th the following season and there is no mention what so ever of RL dying and the garden is rosy again......
The top 8 Playoff system (needs cutting down to 4 or 5 with more reward for finishing top)....
BBC Radio Wigan...Sorry BBC radio Manchester...
Eddie and Stevo refereeing every game, just commentate on the bloody match..!
Widnes fans still talking about the 1989 win against a jet lagged Canberra team like it happened last week..!
Wire fans making scapegoats of one player when we lose a game, you know Wainwright,Clarke,Fahfili,Bridge,Riley..Could go on forever...
The fact that some people want the scrum binned if you asked the forwards in SL who smash into each other for 80 mins week in week out do they want that 40 secs - 1 min breather taken away off the back of a good kick just to apease fans who are baying for more blood i know the answer would be..
Sky TV treating the fans with utter contempt by televising games all over the shop...Thurs night,Friday night,Sat afternoon,Sat night,Sun night,Mon night...!
