That's rubbish!

I've been to see oasis more times than I can recall and never seen or had trouble.

I've even been Spain, France, holland and America and no trouble there either.

Must agree, iv been to my fair share of Oasis gigs, and iv seen no trouble. Its tends to get bonkers granted...ale and you know what flying everywhere, but iv never seen any violence!!!

Didnt someone push liam off the stage in canada??????
sure thats classed as violence!!

Seen Oasis twice, at Maine Road and in Watford. The one thing I haven't seen is violence.

You clearly know that im on about in the crowd, not some loon who made his way onto the stage. jeez

I know the gates open at 2 tomorrrow but does anybody know what time Oasis will be on?

I would guess 8:30-9:00 as it has to finish by 10:30pm because it is outside...

9pm. Due to finish about 11.

No ememy playing tonight...replaced by rev and the makers.

been working in chadderton today drove past heaton park about 3ish the crowds were gathering nicely lovely weather as well

The Enemy are ace, the new album is fantastic i would recommend it to anyone. Hail from Coventry too

Two power cuts last night! They had to stop for 10 minutes during the 2nd/3rd song and then had to stop for a further 45 minutes a few songs after they got it going again. They played the extra time to finish the set and offered everyone a refund... gotta be about £3m-£3.5m there!

Correct. There was a problem with the genorater apparently.

Noel offered everyone a refund if they still have their tickets - if everyone claims for a refund thats about £3m...

I must say, I am an absolute wreck today. I am aching from head to toe, I have no voice at all and it was definately worth it.

The support acts were good, Twisted Wheel are very much like The Enemy IMO... Reverand and the Makers were an ok stand in, but I would have prefered to see The Enemy again. Kasabian were fantastic.

Saw one scuffle that started and ended pretty quickly. No poo was thrown luckily, however someone did throw something warm (could have been wee but I wasnt going to smell it!)

I was there quite early so was able to get a wristband for the stage area (10,000 people in the front bit - the rest go to the back) Theres food stalls all around - everything ranging from Burgers and Hot Dogs to Pie and Mash and Curry. Its £3.50 a pint which was expected.

The gig finished about 11.30 (30mins after the curfew) but there were so many road closures around that we got to the car about 12ish. Fell through the door at about quarter to 1.

We got there for about half 2. Just chilled out in the sunshineeee and sat on the grass.

I think they stopped giving them out about 4ish - but I cant be sure. Most people turned up after 5pm (possible due to work??)

Once you get that wristband - you can go anywhere though and come back to the stage area later on. We found a nice spot about 3/4 of the way back in the 10,000 stage area. Was a good spot and met some brilliant people round us too.

Well you obviously wasn't at the one that I went to then.

Ahh ok, Yeah I'd guess I'd have to be alot earlier tomorrow. Gates open at 2pm so will have to be there way before lunch.

The warm stuff was in abundance last night.........

Not an Oasis fan myself but credit where credits due to give people their money back after performing a full show regardless of the problems is incredible.
I am a springsteen fan myself and seen the guy on around 50 shows each different than the last.
Tonight his show was timed at 3hrs 7 mins not bad for the age of the band.
Roll on Hyde park in 3 weeks.
