Bridge and Carvell signed up is excellent news... I'm not so happy about the Solomona one i think a 3rd year could be pushing it a bit IMO...

He's come right back into form in the last few weeks. Don't forget that an awful lot of people questioned the wisdom of his signing when he first came to the club.

Agree with Teeside, Solomona has returned to doing what he did when he first arrived. I think he's a good squad player to have. Expect him to be the impact sub when everyone is fit next year.

Very suprised at Carvell, thought he was sure fire aus bound. He said himself he fancies the challenge of aus. Maybe no-one out there thought he was worth a punt. Our gain!

Bridge - I rate him an awful lot, don't know if it's the way he carries himself or his attitude but I always feel he can offer more than he does. (Don't get me wrong, what he offers is very good, but I think if he really pushed it, he'd be one of THE greats)

All in all, happy

With quite a few players doubling up at the weekend, Solo's efforts will be an essential part of getting a victory. I think he'll spend more time on the pitch than he usually does.
Chris Bridge's new contract will qualify him for a testimonial, I'll bet not many people would have put money on that happening when he first signed.

Great news. Carvell has been excellent this year, certainly a contender for our player of the season. Solo deserves another year imo. He was excellent on Friday busting 4 tackles to offload and split Crus wide open.

Im not happy with this, none of them came from our academy and are older than 25 and are holding back local lads, why waste money on these players who, to be honest have never done anything in a wire shirt, Solo is fat and knocks on and Bridge and Carvell are biscuits, we should have invested this money on keeping Penny and probably stepped in and pinched Ainscough and possibly Sykes an England international.

Suprised at Sol, but love the guy and still think he can do a job for us next year.

He must be the most over weight player alongside Fat Feka in the league though and it never ceases to amaze me though how he is still so fit despite carrying all that weight.

Solomona must be on a pay as you play deal with the weight he is carrying he could collapse any time, big risk from Wire.

So glad Bridge has signed on hes a class act at centre and usefull at halfback. Carvell I think is having his best year in a wire shirt, after his leg break last year he played a few games and I honestly thought he was finished! So glad to be proven wrong!! Solomona part of me is glad as on his day he is such a top class player but I think we could of perhaps used the cap space on somebody younger?

Surprised at Solomona, and Carvell for that matter, but happy they've signed extensions. Solomona is definitely a good threat to have in your side, I'd rather have him here than playing against him. Carvell has been doing well recently, so I'm fine with that. Bridge, I guess I'm happy, he's a really good player, can'td eny him that, half the time he doesn't seem interested though. We're going to take some stopping in the forward next year.

Morley. Monas. Carvell. Benny. Waterhouse. Harrison. And with people like Woody and Solomona to come off the bench.
