In my humble, I think there should be an agreement between between SL clubs to not transfer French players from Catalans for the good of the Dragons. |

There is some merit in that, for the good for the game, but I can see French players being upset at potentially missing out on a lucrative contract moving to a top SL side.

No more lucrative than what the Dragons can offer, they are spending upto the cap. |
