I'd probably go with 13 other ahead of him, maybe I'm just missing something, but I for one can't wait for Clarke and Higham to be back.

| I'm actually hard pressed to put forward a MOM. Most pleasing was Westwood releasing himself into the game in the second half.

What typified his performance for me was his try saving tackle in front of the posts in the 2nd half, and in the next set he made a barnstorming run down the middle to set up a try for us.
I have never questioned his effort, but his form has been a little off by his standards, so it was great to see him stepping up and hopefully this will continue until the end of the year.
We really need the likes of him, Carvell, Morley and Briers to hit top form going into the semi.

| Lee Briers .............to considers clicking another button is stupidity beyond anything i can comprehend. (except licking the inside of a freezer)
Thanks to Dave T for posting some intelligent stuff on this thread
maybe i need to drink more than one pint before a game to 'get' the fascination with Michael Monaghan.....I'm afraid he's not for me at 7 or 9...
and in my eyes its a point of view that can be backed up, unlike the Anti Briers nonsense that usually fills a man of the match debate

| Forrgot to mention Mike Cooper as an honourable mention. His game seems to have come together over the past month or so. In the main, he seems to have become more agile, he was guilty in the past of being a little flat-footed in defence but he hits and sticks, which wasn't always the case in the past.
If he improves at the same rate, he will have acemented his place in the 17 come the middle of next season. He may have played Rauhihi out of what little chnace he had of another constract.

| It's a travesty that Carvell has 6% of this vote.
It's also worth mentioning how insanely crucial he is to everything that we do now, if Lowes had any hand in signing him then it's the best thing he did for this club, the guy is brilliant.
Aside from 'Jammer', is there a better prop in SL, or World RL ?

According to the statistics Graham is head and shoulders above any other front row forward in northern hemisphere RL. Averaging (per game) 190 meters, 2.5 tackle busts, 24 tackles, miss tackle rate of < 3.8%, < 0.7 errors, and < 0.3 penalties.
527 carries makes him top of the stats nearly 30% more than 2nd placed Peacock, also top of the meters stats with 3805, again, 30% more than Peacock. He is also averaging close on a try every 3 games.

Depends how you look at it, Carvell makes more yards per carry for example.

Indeed he does, and I am not criticising Carvell by any means. But given a choice between them for the Wire jersey and I would go for Graham in a heartbeat.

There's not, there's maybe a handful. Obviously it's a tough comparison as without seeing him in the NRL (Where I think he'd do well), and how many props from there have come here & been gash etc, Ryles, Rauhihi and god knows how many haven't lived upto the billing.
Nathan Cayless, he didn't tear up SL did he ?
For a prop to shine in SL is difficult really, we're an offence based competition, but in a weird way, I think this is Carvells strength, he breaks the line, he play at the line (the ball he gave Briers on Sunday), he makes good gains, I think he's excellent.
For me, there's not too many around that are better than him. Jammer being the obvious one.
