Given the reputational damage I would appeal any decision that i had used such language if I knew I hadn’t. If my livelihood depended on it I would appeal with bells on.

While the club have made mistakes in recruitment I don’t believe they would, or indeed could stop him appealing.
It smacks more of the patent going into school to complain about their son being disciplined because he wouldn’t behave like that.
