Sorry Ganson's, but that's incorrect. I was in the shop last week, not at peak time, or a perceived dinner break time, and there were 2 people behind the counter, one serving, and one ripping the stubs off tickets and putting them in a box, while there were 4 groups of people waiting to be attended to. That's not the first time it's happened.
Every time I go in there, I'm resigned to losing 20 minutes of my life, for just simple purchases.
The ticket booths on matchdays are no better. Why do the staff need to type into a computer that I'm paying cash for a South Stand ticket?
Please note, before anyone starts, all the above IS NOT a whinge. IT'S A FACT.
