not the biggest turn out of Wire fans i've ever seen at ours.
Can i just mention the guys who stuck around in the ropewalk after and took some banter and the lads in town at the Boy n Barrel - great bunch of guys - and like i said to them i hope you beat Wigan and we beat Saints and have our day out at Wembley !

Because there was 2 spots available and as Hull Sharks won the league they rightly got one of them - we got the other due to finishing [size=150 2nd[/size in the league and stuffing Hull in the Premiership final at Old Trafford.
We probably didnt do enough that year to earn a place on those 2 achievements and i do believe that the team who finished 8th in that league probably deserved it more than us ..........  |
