Bilko is a great fan of the game and seems to go out of his way for a lot of people on here, Pemps and Hogan and JTB get involved with the banter. The others I've had no issue with either. Stay within the AUP and keep it to light banter and how can they ban you?

The mods are power crazy. Fink they was bullied in there years so taking it out on people. Bit like stewards at the game.

I'm not banned i just don't post on there after a number of the regular posters on that board called all Wire fans Scum after we beat them in the semi and did a conga at the league game the week after......
They seem to think the problems they have on that board is due to other fans..
When there are definately some Wigan fans as bad if not worse than some of the fans that post on here...

So what does it take to get banned on here???

I love the wire fans who come on and make good points, but if someone comes on and just says " we won semi init" or some other useless debate then whats the point of them posting? Most of you aint to bad though. I have never been banned from here

I got banned a couple of years ago from the wigan board, I argued warrington had a better pack than wigan which somehow contravened the board policy that wigan are the best at everything. No wonder they still have such an insular view.

I don`t often post on the Wigan board, ive done a couple of posts on their forum in the last couple of days mainly for a bit of banter in the lead upto the game. The Wigan mods seem fine, never had a prob with them.

I mentioned the chairman and that was it! banned

I think the Wigan mods should publish why a person is banned from their forum.

I do, but I can't believe any mods would ban someone for something as trivial as some of the banned users posting previously have alleged they were 'only banned for'. Be interesting to see I think.

A few years ago I suggested in a very reasonable, articulate and well thought out manner that Andy Farrell had been carrying the wigan team for years, even if from the dressing room when injured, and his departure would leave the Pies struggling to cope for a few years.

I was met with considerable abuse, accusations of trolling (something I have never done in my life) and threatened with a ban from one of their mods (name escapes me).

If they are a touchy bunch it seems likely that after our win on saturday evening anyone going on the wigan board to take the mickey is likely to be banned. So maybe it's best if people just don't bother posting and be satisfied with the fact that we beat them fair and square on the pitch but they just can't hack it?
