If we just need a squad filler Prop who's good and will do a job i'd rather pick up Josh Bowden.

Do we know the reason why Sita has spent so little time on the pitch ? Let's be honest , during his time on the pitch he has been no worse than the "undroppables" & maybe a new coach could get the best out of him.

I was told that Price didn't wan't to give him too much time as he was saving him for the GF.

Even after 10 minutes he was blowing, struggling to get back in the line, lazy in defence. For whatever the reason he appears to have no stamina at all. We can’t carry a player like that. It’s not fair on the other props.

Luckily we didn’t need him as we had successfully appealed Cooper’s ban..

I don’t know which “undroppables” you mean but Sita had ample opportunity to stake a claim. He was given a contract extension which in itself showed the club saw far more in him than I ever did. I’m sure he is a lovely man, he certainly came across that way, but the contribution was minimal.

Well if he's puffing & blowing after 10 minutes then maybe a fitness programme should have been followed & should have been implemented during his first season.

But presumably he was following a full fitness programme and full training or he wouldn't have been selected. I suspect he just had no stamina as the only evidence I have to go on is what he produced on the pitch. If he was tearing it up in training and not reproducing it on the pitch then he shouldn't have been selected at all.

Personal responsibility and pride in performance also play a part. One thing that couldn’t be levelled against the rest of the team was that they weren’t fit enough. Sorry 9a but the Sita ship has well and truly sailed (albeit after a significant delay!
