It was a sin binning, no more. Players hold opponents back all the time and the majority dont even get put in the bin. What the Wigan fans arent taking into account is that the time on the clock is irrelevant. If it happened in the 1st minute it's the same offense as it happening in the 80th. Also it was 60 meters away and there were a few players tracking back so it's not like it was even a certain try.

I read 1 poster saying somewhere that they have seen someone sent off for that kind of offense

Thing is, they would have been happy if it was the opposite way round, and Hall made a break, looked for senior in support but Sam Tomkins tackled him off the ball, as would any fans because it eventually won the game. I wonder how the Wigan fans would react if some of their comments were being used on their precious Sam if he had committed the same offence...

I don't actually remember saying this. What I did say was that the fans causing trouble were scum.

When Wigan fans were making trouble at saints away I turned round and started the chant 'you're the scum of RL' it's not just wire fans is it.

You can disagree but I wouldn't call it silly. Look on the VT and around the boards, threads about Wigan everywhere, loads of posts about knocking Wigan. Not too mention all my mates who are saints fans dishing it out. It's gone up a knotch IMO. It's a good thing IMO, adds more atmosphere to the games. The Wigan v Wire games have been class recently due to your rise and us disliking it.
