That's generous. I'm not he ever has been, or ever will be at that elite level. He was great in 2004-5 and never really kicked on from there, playing smaller parts in our success seemingly each year, until this year, when he has been outstanding.

Bailey is a cheap shot coward who likes to think he's hard man but falls woefully short. From my elevated position in the stand all I could see was the scuffle. I'd be very surprised if Bailey hit anyone who was facing him, he seems to be more of hit from behind merchant to me. He's a typical bully, tries to dish it but gets upset if someone does the same to him.

A couple of years ago my kids took part in a rugby course that was an ex saints players course. At the end of the week the children got to meet him and do a Q @ A. One of the questions was who he hated the most in super league to which he replied " Although I don't hate anyone the player in super league that most players dislike is Ryan Bailey because he is always the third man in with cheap shots " to which another still saints player who was there nodded in agreement. Think this says it all when other players themselves think he is a coward.
