With this now being the case, it makes you think that people were right when they said Moz won't play again this season, hence we bought Hill as an emergency option and also one for the future.

Hill wasn't an emergency option, he had been monitored for at least twelve months.

Hill looks a decent no nonsense forward from what Ive seen. I'd imagine we'll see him in a Wire top this season.

He's your player and you'd be able to call on him if needs be, though at the time of signing that was looking unlikely and so there is something of a gentleman's agreement that he will train with Wire so long as it doesn't clash with training/matches with Leigh.

Weren't/Aren't Leigh experiencing financial troubles at the minute? Hence the need for a cash injection, hence the cash Wire paid for Chris Hill.

He's contracted to Wire. Standard Dual-reg agreement like any other club. Like I say though, all I knew of it was that Chris + Leigh both wanted him to play in the final, hence the dual reg. After that I assume Wire can obviously play him if they so wish.

My insistence that Chris Hill was not a registered warrington player in 2011 was merely based on the fact that when the club announced his signing the press release clearly stated that his signing was for the 2012 season.

It seems that since Morleys injury hasn't resolved itself the club have obviously moved to make Chris Hill available this year. Which is a wise move considering that if we get another injury in the pack we would be really struggling.

Dont hang, draw and quarter me for believing what the club originally announced.

Chris Hill has always been available to play for Warrington since he was signed. Obviously Wire have perhaps felt his development would be better finishing off the season with Leigh (possibly just so he can get a decent send off from the fans + club, he's done a lot for them and visa versa).

Leigh are paying his wages with wire making a contribution that they can afford! Hes been training with Wire since Leigh won the Northern Rail cup! If one of wires props had been missing this week along with westwood then he would have been off to France!

The agreement was that he was a Leigh player till end of the year but it suits both Leigh and Wire that he signed this season. It was Millwards idea that he go train with Wire, and I dont think Leigh would stand in his way should Wire need him to play this season but I there is a ruling that players have to have played a certain % of league games to play in play offs, certainly the grand final and so Chris would be available to play for Leigh in their play offs

Our playoffs basically start here in my eyes. So I can't see Smith throwing him in just yet.

Chris had his usual good game again last night against Toulouse, in the bar after the game , he got a Great reception , and spoke of how much he is looking forward to playing for the Wire next season,believe me this lad will be a star for you .
I also hope the Centurions and Wire can keep up the good relations between the clubs.

He's in a picture with the rest of the team on Atkins twitter page, think its good he's mixing with the team already will help him next season.
