Only managed Hull away. Was going to do Saints and Wigan but was away for both of them..(RFL really must consult my holiday plans before announcing fixtures).

Have attended to ALL home games (league, cup and JC testamonial). Even been to all the U18 and U20s apart from one. Please forgive me, I will try harder next year.

Typically both Hull fixtures fell out of term time, was in Wales the weekend we played Rovers. I did however take a mate from Birmingham with me on Friday who used to play yawnion, after slagging league off all year he was won over before we even got into the ground!

What changed his mind or is that a daft question.

Wasn't what he was expecting, I think he had the stereotypical two men in flat caps and a whippet image in his head. Obviously outside/inside the ground the atmosphere was brilliant. He is now talking about getting a rugby league shirt to wear back in Brum!

did em all, with the exception of salford @ home, son (Boyd) was playing in the lancashire cup final! i think it's fair enough to miss that?

Not too bad of a season for me. Got to 25 Crusaders games and 2 Catalans ones too. Shame some of the Wire and Crusaders games clashed, otherwise I would have gone to a few more.

Best game for me is St. Helens away. First game I'd been to watch Warrington apart from when they'd played Crusaders. I genuinely turned up as a neutral, but came out singing Warrington songs. The atmosphere was just brilliant and you could see just how much it meant to you guys.

Now that really is outstanding. Fantastic effort. You watching us and Cru next year?

Thanks - I appreciate it. Next season it'll be the same. If Cru and Wire are on the same day, it'll be the Cru, if they're on different days, I'll be going to both. Will go and watch Catalans as much as I can too.

If our bid is accepted I think I'm going to be the Junior Journalist for the Crusaders, so therefore will be a lot more commited. I wouldn't be watching Warrington as much as I am if it wasn't for you lot. You've been brilliant with me and other Cru fans who've been to watch Warrington. You've made us feel most welcome, unlike over clubs' supporters, who's grounds I will likely decide not to return to.

You Cru people need to keep the faith. I was involved in Gateshead Thunder after Kath Hetherington pulled the plug. The big problem we had was that they packed their bags and went off to Hull without even telling any of the Thunder fans until they had actually gone. North East supporters and sponsors were left high and dry, some sponsors were left out of pocket and did not trust the new club because of the mess left behind by the old one. In 1 season we had gone from 1000 regular fans to 3000, but we were sacrificed to keep Hull going. The main thing you need to do is to ensure that you have the finance to compete. The very best of luck to all at Cru.

Don't worry, as long as the Cru are going, at no matter what level I'll be there. We've got a ''Save the Cru'' campaign going in which 5,000 people have wrote in support of Crusaders and just over 500 people have pledged to buy a season ticket for next season in about a week of them being there to pledge for. I think we've got enough support. Our fan base, though it may be quite small, is very commited. We've had a lot of people offering help in the community and there's always been a sense of togetherness between everyone. I agree, finance is the key problem. In the bid for a Championship team, we have all our sponsors from last season on board, as well as the Supporters Club and the local council. Is there actually someone outright putting in money themselves, as a long-term backer? I'm not sure. The bid makes a lot of sense and can work, but the finance is going to depend massively on the support the club can get. I say we have a good solid supporters base, but you can't really blame people who decide to take up the option of watch Super League 40 miles up the road.

I hope we have a club. Rugby League in North Wales has gone from zero to a very good position it is in now, with new teams forming all the while. So much hard work has been put in by numerous people, if it counted for little, it'd be a real shame.

You could well be right, although I think we'll get hidings (I mean 60+) by NZ and Auz, but I think England will probably beat by 20-30. Us Welsh will stay proud though.

How do you think Wales will get on?

dont wanna sound harsh but i cant see past you loosing all 3 (and loosing heavily) if you could push any of us close though it might capture the welsh publics imagination

Yep - the game over there is at a completely different level. As I said, I think England will beat us by 20-30 points (if so, that's not a bad achievement). Against NZ and Auz, it could well be embarassing.
