He looked a fine player circa 2011, but, from what I've seen, hasn't really kicked on from then.

If I remember correctly he had a good 2011, a average 2012 and 2013 with injuries playing their part.
He had a good 2014. He is not as good as Simon Grix, who for me must take the number 13 shirt.

Seconded. Grix and Harrison are superior, more versatile players, and Currie (who I am hoping has a big off-season and a breakthrough SL season as a result) has vastly more potential.

I would be happy be with this. Whilst I am happy with what we currently have in grix/Harrison, westerman has that extra ball playing ability that would make up what we lost in russell from hodgson.

Saying that, I don't for one minute think this transfer is going to happen.
