Normally, I go for a wander, when punditry comes on, whoever is playing, but I've seen Wells' "efforts" for the last couple of matches. Surely Sky can employ (if they must. There's already too many of them) someone who can get through a sentence without errrrs, ummmms and embarrassing silences. The bloke's stealing a living. He makes Terry O'Connor seem like David Dimbleby.

He was certainly affected vs Wire having an interest in Cas. He was unable to be detracted himself from emotional ties.

I would suggest anyone who has played the game at a high level is ideally qualified to comment. It would be interesting to know what your qualifications are. Having shoulders weighted down with chips doesn’t count.

I think the occasion of playing the Mighty Wire encouraged Catalans to lift their game last week.

You could see Catalan physicality fatigued pretty early on.
It was a big effort to beat us and they were peeing up much of that result all weekend.

Did Salford fly out this morning?

Respect to the ref - several attempts by Catalan to milk penalties and spoil and niggle in the way they were allowed to last week and he refused to indulge them.

When forced to resort to playing rugby they came up short, but Salford played some fabulous stuff.
