| Well last night no one was flawless but there were still some good performances, Hodgson for me.
Westwood 110% effort as usual, and also the [size=150BOOM[/size
Carvell ran all night and i thought Myler had a solid game too.
Special mention for Joel's finish, brilliant
Some great effort without the ball last night.

| CArvell was great and has been head and shoulders the player of my season.
This week I am going for Hodgo though.
Did everything. Took over from all of Bridges weaknesses in the halves as well as played his usual stuff to perfection.
One of the players who, if not there, would have been really really missed.

| Went for Woody - just for the fact he constantly ran the ball in and tackled everything that was thrown at him - all this with a near full 80min stint

I totally agree. Mick Monas attacking skill is fantastic but in defence he is immense. Benni W was rightly praised for a shot on Mason that dislodged the ball. But watching the game back last night I had to agree with my 12 yr old son that it was actually Mick's precision shot right in the ribs, under the ball that caused Mason to drop the ball. Mick does these kinds of hits time and time again and rarely misses a tackle. Absolutely spot on in defence and for one of the smaller guys on the pitch I for one am well impressed

| Westwood for me. Some of his tackles were unbelievable. When he plays with that much intensity I get worried that the NRL will come sniffing for his signature.

| Don't want to sound like Mrs FB selecting a new pair of shoes but I am finally it really hard to choose.
So many great performances. Gareth Carvell is playing like a Prop possessed. Brett is running around the field with the stamina and fitness of a 21 year old. Richie Myler bossing the play and making smart decisions. Benny being the Benny we know and love and our opponents fear.
But I have gone for Simon Grix , it is still work in progress but TS is developing Simon into a great player.

| Grix has been outstanding.
He's just a really intelligent player and he's one that I dearly hope stays injury free. He never does anything that will make opposition or our fans for that matter drool over him, no 80m breaks, his is rarely the final pass that sends someone over he just does everything, really well. Defensively he's as strong as anyone else in the side, he's just developing into a very smart player.
For me, the LF role is his now.

Whenever Simon goes on an injury-free run, he slowly becomes a fans favourite and, in whatever position he happens to be playing, makes a place in the team his own. His attributes have always been his incredible upper-body strength and agility, and you can tell he has a real brain for the game (almost a Richard Whiting with power and pace, if you will). We've seen this a number of times down the years, only for some piece of bad luck to come along and prevent him being recognised by the wider RL public.
The trouble for Simon is that when he does pick up a knock, Warrington fans suddenly start referring to him as a squad player and predict his imminent departure from the club. If he knocks on in his first or second game back, God help him as the full torrent of Clarkesque abuse is likely to come his way from the South Stand Brain Donation Society.
I think he's keeping Harrison out of the starting 13 and deservedly so right now. If he stays in this condition through the autumn I believe we'll be seeing the very best football of Simon Grix's career to date.

With the likes of Benny Westwood, Simon Grix, Chris Bridge, Joel Monas and Richie Myler deserving great credit too. I though Atkins showed some good signs too. The great array of disagreement, regarding M.O.M, is brilliant- it tells you that Warrington is not just a collection of great players...We are a great TEAM!

Agree with that, twice he got his shoulder under the ball to ping it out of the Hudds players grip. Wonderful technique. His pass for Joel's 2nd try was superb and created the space for Matty Blythe to work in.
