No, he's not a poor coach, he's not actually any sort of coach. He has said himself that he lets the players play what's in front of them, which is fine when you have a pack leader like Morley, a 6 like Briers, a hooker like M Monaghan and a fullback like Hodgson - replace those with Asotasi, anyone from about 4 players at 6, Clark and Ratchford (who is no more a fullback than I am) and they get shown up as clueless and rudderless.

Nobody is saying he's a bad coach but it's clear for all to see all is not well in the camp.Even at 12-0 down tonight the body language of the players was of a team of no spirit,devoid of ideas on how to score and clearly looking as though they're being coached by Vicky Pollard.

As an outsider that is the most lacklustre and weak performance I've seen you put in against us in probably 20 years.

Smith's time looks to have passed IMO. He has been sensational for you but it all feels a bit stale.

i think TS has a few problems to explain away. Firstly he has been in the job for a long time, so virtually all the players on the pitch were recruited by him. He can't complain that he doesn't have the right material. Secondly, he has built his reputation on being a motivator, and clearly several of those players on the pitch were very half hearted in their play and approach. And any coach has to be able to get individuals to play like a team - what we saw tonight was a completely disjointed effort with most players looking as though they had never seen their team mates before. Finally where were the set moves ?

It seems that the very, very, basics of team coaching are completely lacking at the moment.

All players and coaches have a shelf life and I think TS is getting past his. That is not to say he is a bad coach, and you could see him moving on and enjoying success elsewhere, but I do think the time is approaching when it is best for both TS and the club to separate before all the fond memories fade.

I wonder if Draper will have him in on Monday morning to seek assurances from him on what he plans to do about the dismal way in which we are playing. As if something doesn't change, neither will results.

He left a Leeds team at the peak of its powers (or so he thought) yet he's hanging on at a Wire side that's three years past it's best.

He and we have had to handle huge changes in our squad over the past 2 years. There's a good few times when people have questioned TS but more often than not he gets it right. With a squad unrecognisable last year we nearly beat you Pies in the semifinal.

It's not been a great year, but if anyone can turn it around, then it's TS.

He has 1 year left on his contract. Let him see it out with the new players that have come in. If he fails next year then let him leave.

Smith will get another season I'm pretty sure but we need to start sounding out a top class replacement right now because it seems we drag our heels with recruitment and still get it wrong. So expect a two year wait before we reappoint lowes.

If we got rid who would replace him? We're not exactly flush with quality coaches. Unless we bring Cullen back.........

We spend enough on overseas players, we might as well dig deep for an overseas coach too. (And sack off Agar too naturally)

TS is a top coach look what we've achieved under him.

Ok we're going through a rough patch at the moment but in Tony we must trust!

The players need to standup and take ownership for there own performances it's no TS on the pitch dropping the ball, slipping off tackles, not completing the sets (basic RL).

The players and the club need to make a public appology for last nights performance and then come out and explain how theye are going to improve. (We need a couple of High Profile Signings also)

We've not achieved a grand final win despite having had the best team for three consecutive seasons. The buck stops with the coach every time...that's what he gets paid for.

Smith built and picked the current team, of course the onus is on him. You wouldn't say he has no part in success and it's just the players would you? It applies in both scenarios
