| I went in at 2pm. No queue 3 ladies serving. Very polite and efficient in handing over my tickets for Wigan and the Semi.
It's like a curates egg.

Get ya self down there if they are not inside the shop to sort your problem,
They are outside havin a fag, they will sort your problem inbetween puffs......Simps.

| The problem with the shop is that they only have 2 tills, despite always having at least 3 members of staff on. Could do with investing in another, especially with another final potentially (touch wood) in the near future!

did it get annoying with the phone ringing continuously while you were trying to pay?

| I collected mine today at about 4pm. I had to wait...say....7 minutes before I got to the front of the que. From then on it was all pretty much straight forward. Tickets, card, pin, reciept etc.
Just like a 'shop' really
There was a really annoying 'ringing noise' from behind the counter though !
Thankfully, the nice young lady and the rest of her colleagues played the annoyance down by ignoring it.
I left happy and reassured.

| Funnily enough i was in there at about 4ish, 2 people in the queue 3 behind the till working hard, they called me about half 2 asking when i'd pick them up. Good quick service, plus i saw Wire71 name (real) in black ink above mine on the ticket list.
Some people need to realise they are not centre of the universe, they were working very hard, lay of them.

| every missed call is possible lost revenue for the club where as a quick, excuse me to the customer in the queue would be polite then answer the call.
Basic customer services & sales. If i did not answer a ringing phone at work i would have my ass chewed so loudly you could hear it on the other side of the Runcorn Bridge

Nah - always serve the customer who has made the effort to get to you, basic politeness. If the phone hasn't been answered in so many rings it should be diverted to be answered by someone who isn't dealing face to face with customers. That's how it worked in shops I ran & always worked very well.

so they need a divert then or 2 tills, 3 staff, 2 on tills, 1 answers phone

That was at 11am.
So hopefully we will sell 600 tickets from then till 3 o'clock, therfore 4.8k sold already then a good walk up. 500-1k. You are looking at 5.2k-5.5k.
