| I know the season is only in its infancy for judging.... but Harisson and Mossop have to be 2 of the best.
also obviously westerman is a fantastic talent.
any others people think we should be looking out for this season?

| Greg Eastwood nrl gf winner, world cup winner, 22 years old! Impressive form at the start of his Leeds career. A shining light in a pretty dull start to the rhinos season!

He was the same build after his preseasons at the broncos with Wayne Bennett, the same after his bulldogs preseason and the same build when he gets picked for the kiwis year after year!
So if it's good enough for Leeds, Wayne Bennett, the nrl and the kiwis then that's good enough for me! but i'm sure fans will still poke fun at him!
Greggs Eastwood anyone

| Joel Tomkins has been our best player in the 2 games so far. He looks back to his 2008 form(and probably quite abit better). He's carrying the ball so much stronger, getting through tonnes of work in defence, has a good pair of hands and great pace for a backrower.
If he carries on like this the press may realise theres more then one Tomkins at Wigan.
Mossop didn't get much gametime against The Crusaders but was outstanding against HKR. He's a huge lad for his age and will continue to get bigger. He should have a great future(probably at prop).

you see mossop at prop?
i think he has second row written all over him.... but you have seen more than me so fair play.
he seems to be a very intelligent runner coming onto the ball..... good hands as well.

A couple of years down the track I do.
He's big, strong and runs in straight lines. He's also shown an ability to mix it around the middle and make 30+ tackles a game which is something he'll need to move into that position.
I think Wigans abundance of Backrowers may force Maguires hand aswell. We'll probably get Hock back halfway through next year and young Farrell needs a crack because he's quality.

I though hock was band till the start of the 2012 season?

| All the names mentioned, Joel Tomkins, Harrison etc, they all have massive futures. I also think that Donaldson at Bradford looks a little bit special, isn't he like, 17/18 years old.
I don't think we should forget Cooper neither, just because he's outside our 17 at present, he's a massive talent.

| Agree with all that people have named so far.
Just to add one that's not been mentioned so far, Liam Watts - Hull KR.

Watching the England-Wales game in a pub in Leeds last autumn, one fella on our tables pipes up "I really rate Moore, I reckon he'll be the best hooker in Super League for the next decade". No sooner than he finishes his sentance, Moore spills the ball from dummy half. He had a bit of a stinker after that, too, cue ironic high appraisal of him from the rest of the table.
Nice moment that I thought I'd share with you all.
