They have already admitted Graham from the squad which will have a massive effect on their go forward and aggression - Graham will be fit for the first round of the playoffs tho

Saints certainly have a problem with the Wire, how else do you explain their extraordinary efforts in order to beat us all the time. Saints now target the games against the Wire more than they do against Wigan.

Its not jealousy, its because they see us as a serious threat. I reckon they know that once we get the monkey off our backs defeating Saints will no longer be a problem.

Saints fear us more than anyother SL team - it shows in their preparation and performance against us.

If Saints fail to win against Catalans, then so be it.

At the end of the day, we can't rely on other teams to get us in the playoffs. We should have done it on merit.

Your dead right but if Saints know that they can help eliminate one of their main competitors from the competition then help they will.

I may be wrong but I can see it happening and they have ready made excuses ie, no graham, hard game against Leeds last week etc etc etc.

Can't see it to be honest. Saints are in a a poor bit of form for their standards and will want to go into the playoffs on form. What you have to remember is that Leeds have also have players out through suspension & there is still a possibility that Saints can finish first. This will give them an advantage later on in the playoffs if they succeed.
We can't blame no one other than ourselves for our league position but if Hull dont beat Bradford and Saints dont beat Catalans, I will be most annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hull v Bradford is the key game and you have to fancy the Bulls given the relavent positions in the table and the run of form Bradford have put together.

If agent Jimmy hadn't mashed up the start of our season then the Bulls wouldn't be in the position to make the play-offs at our expense ........ oh, what have I just said. Conspiracy anyone?

Saints have a big game on Saturday at reserve level. They play Wigan away in the qualifying semi final.

I don't think they'll put half their reserves in the first team on Friday, just to spite Warrington.

saints owe us nothing they will do what is best for their own interests no qualms from me on that from me.we should have been in the play offs on our own merit but saying that saints do need a morale boosting win as they are looking jaded and wobbly.

Whilst not disagreeing with your overall point of view I think your getting slightly carried away with your last comment.

not saying that they will put a reserve team out more that the first teamers will put in a flat performance.

I think we'll be more worried that we have been playing badly for a while (Leeds game aside) and getting some form together rather than trying to ensure a team who haven't beaten us in years don't make the play-offs.

Back on topic, we shouldn't expect any favours from Saints (or Hull), we have no one else to blame for the position we are in. A place in the play offs should have been secured up without the need to rely on others
