I'VE BEEN AWAY ON HOLIDAY SO I'VE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO GET ON THE WOLVES EXPRESS, BUT I'VE CHECKED ON TRAIN WEBSITE FROM WARR BANK QUAY AND IT SEEMS A RIGHT TREK. icon_sad.gif

Coach takes the same time as the train but is £20 cheaper ,get the coach and put the £20 to a better seat !

Whats a trek? Takes you to Euston and then you get tube to Wembley which is about 20 mins. Pretty easy if you ask me.

Coaches are all booked up so if there are still train tickets available thats your only option.

By 'trek' I think he means it doesn't drop him outside the ground, at his gate

WHEN I SAY TREK I MEAN. THE WIRE FLYER GOES PRETTY MUCH STRAIGHT TO WEMBLEY. WHEREAS THE EXPRESS ONE SEEMS TO BE GOIN THRU EVERY TOWN ON THE MAP, AND I'M JUST WOORIED I WONT GET THERE IN TIME.

Guys - don't want to be a scaremonger, but please check the 'delays' to trains coming down from the north west.

From what I can make out there are many delays and bus service is forming part of the route for many of the 'normal' trains.

Even the Wire Flyer (which isn't tied to one rail network) is taking a lot longer to get to London than would normally be the case.

I think there's big issues in the Milton Keynes area (that's why we're not using the train).

There aren't delays for this service, it's a charter. There are works on the West Coast mainline as most Bank Holidays, that's why you can't get a direct train through unless you book with the Wolves.

No point in looking up train information from Bank Quay, it's a charter train and has its own route through to London.

Does anyone know what route it takes? Bank Quay to London can be done in about 2hrs usually.

Also why don't both trains go direct to wembley?
