It's narcissistic and never going to happen. Vast majority of employees just want to get through the day, get paid, and get home to their lives and freedom of their own time. If they can enjoy some of the working day - then all the better. Some employees want to strive a bit and get promoted and get more pay, but at the end of the day, take away the payment and all employees stop working (rightly). That's a very different dynamic to a pro sports team.
