Quote ="jdrocket"I won't stress this too much because 1) I don't care and 2) it is a major derailment. However, we shall play a little game:
Which political party wants “an immediate five-year freeze on immigration for permanent settlement”? BNP or UKIP or Both?
I know what you are thinking, the BNp are racist and specify that they don't want 'Pakis' and 'blacks' in the country. Well not anymore, the BNP have been forced to curtail that sort of rhetoric and are now more in line with UKIP's insistance that "“a significant proportion of immigrants and their descendents in Britain are neither assimilating nor integrating into British society”. See UKIP and BNP are quite similiar.
Next, which party has policy of insighting (extreme) islamaphobia through (potenital) policy?
That's right both again. We are already familiar with Nick Griggins hatred of Muslims, however, Frarage has promoted policies such as the banning of certain muslim dress in all public, as well as many private, places (more extreme than the BNP; who promote only a public ban)
I said i wouldn't go on but there are many areas in which the BNP and UKIP are almost identical including the EU, Climate Change, Military spending, foreign policy, crime (in fact, UKIP goes further than BNP in their repealing of the human rights act)
Even their view of edcation (a 'Britain is never in the wrong' outlook) has been forwarded by both parties (including, to the detrmient of learning of other nations triumphs)
There is a more than passing similiarity between the parties and I feel that maybe you should research the party more before nailing their colours on your door.
They are a lot further right than some of you are suggesting.'"
