If you do catch the 34 you don't need to walk all the way into leigh, you can catch it outside the car wash place just before the bridge into leigh and that should knock a few minutes off your walk. The Arriva 34 St Helens to Leigh, via Newton-le-Willows, bus doesn't run on Sundays. It only operates between St Helens and Newton-le-Willows.
