It's a blow, but we have a decent backline and replacements. If we were signing a big name forward with a six month injury I'd be more concerned.

I was thinking more about a prop than a wing replacement. If we did this who's to say another overseas player won't be injured or underperforming by the time Vidot returns? You never know a prop on the fringes of an NRL team may jump at the opportunity to put themselves in the shop window.

I know it's not a pivotal position (such as when we lost Hock and Chase), but we were probably expecting a high return from this guy's to probably a fair chunk of cap.
Sheens and Koukash have stated we have room on the cap, so why not bring some one else in doesn't have to be a marque.

I know we are all disappointed with this news but having time to reflect you have to feel sympathy for the lad. It must be an extremely painful injury and I'm sure he would have been eager to start his new career with us on a high.
