Out of interest, whats the opinion now the online shop is up & running, "deals of the day" have looked a bargain, purchased a couple things I probably wouldnt have, even though I go down to the shop 2/3 times a week cos I cant resist a bargain.

It would be nice if they were able to source some old b&w salford photos and reproduce them either framed or canvassed. Something with real character.

I can only speak of my own demand for peripheral products such as replica shirts, which during my time supporting Salford, I have had difficulty obtaining along with items like polo shirts and training wear. Surely if such items are selling out in the club shop, the demand is there to a certain degree. Now i'm taking a wild punt here in guessing that there is profit to be made from such attire and not just from stocking adequate supplies locally. What about catering for ex-pats too?

Its all about supply and demand and breaking even, unless there is a salford city reds baby boom i dont think we'd sell enough, id buy a few if the price was right but i have a baby so it makes sence

Lets hope that moving into our new stadium has the same effect on the salford city reds fanbase that it did on the population after the 2 world war

Not sure but I would imagine it may be too complicated to administer online if you consider the family membership that entitles fans to extra discounts on season tickets.

How would the online shop know if you were a member or not when you placed your order? I am not saying its impossible but it would probably cost the club a fortune for some byspoke website programming.
