Looks like there's only about 200 seats left for sale in the West Stand ( No including Hospitalilty ) most blocks showing no seats available , reserved middle blocks section of the east stand is half full and the unreserved end wings look Wigan End has two full rows left , the South end looks busy too ...
looks like Salford are turning up to welcome the messiah , and the wigan lot are turning up to crucify him ...

Yes It looks like its going to be a very good attendance tonight considering the number of unavailable seats/standing tickets on the stadium website.

I love how there's one lone, front row seat up by the Wigan end bought on its own!
Plenty of East Stand seats left as well looking at that.

You're right. I've looked at most of the plan correctly but had a bit of brain fart when looking at the one seat left. Bah.

Trying to drum up some anticipation ..but it looks like there'l be a tidy crowd & all four stands open.
How many won't bother coming back when we get battered ?

Sorry to disappoint you, but I don't think people come on here looking for posts telling them how many seats are left in order to gauge their level of anticipation for the game.

| Assuming they provisionally held all the season ticket seats from last year back then? I bought two as soon as the ticket announcement was made and there were next to no seats left in my usual block. Now there's loads available.

| North, South and East all seem reasonably full going off the ticket website, with plenty left in the West. Don't think it's right though, why would people buy the corner seats on row X in W01 and W08 yet not ones more central in W05 and W06. Really hope there's a decent crowd though

| Ok guys & gals, 90 minutes until kick off. Just time for a couple of jars I'm the unicorn before I head to the ground. Had resigned myself to the fact I may never see my beloved reds playing the likes of Wigan ever again until the Doc came along. Tonight we need to celebrate a great new dawn in our history. The chances are we 'll get a drubbing but we need to prove we are THE best fans in rugby league so let's make one hell of a noise and show the Doc he's made the best bloody decison of his life! Come on you reds!!!

| Any one know who the Belgian millionaire may be,mentioned on page 72 of this months RLW magazine ?
After our players magnificent effort to allow Dr Koukash to witness last nights display in which the players attempted to outnumber the individual errors of the 2012 campaign in 80 awful minutes, should the supporters make every effort to keep the Dr onside by using the 'last minute' of each half for a round of applause to demonstrate their thanks to him for his 'last minute' saving of the club ?
I have 'pinched' the idea from here [url=http://www.avfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10265~2985284,00.htmlLinky[/url

I remember Koukash saying he wouldn't go it alone, maybe chalmers is heading the western reds consortium in-directly? Makes you think how Koukash got in contact with chalmers in the first place? Bloody exciting times ahead for us. We'll be giving Wigan the same sort of drubbing they gave us in a few years time.

Didn't he say something on the radio about being introduced to him at the Melbourne Cup and them going on to work on a few things down under?

Think he said he was introduced to Andrew Chalmers by Nigel Wood and he was 'into his racing and we became friends'

Hmm it all sounds abit coincidental doesn't it? The fact that chalmers was heading the WR franchise for the NRL now he and another 2 of the top men in the game down under are now running our club? Maybe Nigel wood remembered Dr Koukash saying if a team was available to ask him then introduce him to the people behind the WR in Australia to see if they could work together? Don't get me wrong I know Dr Koukash is very rich but if he's contemplating buying the SCS he is going to have to fork out up to 10 to 15 million to take control, now as were in tough fancial times will all of this funding be coming from his pockets or is it being also funded by another silent partner from somewhere else? (Somwthing Koukash said himself) Now for chalmers to become a director says he's going to have a lot of input in the goings on at the club, could this be the Wellington rugby franchise we were all talking about? What does everyone else think? It's just pure speculation on my part I'd just like to say.

Nah,
The Dr's wealthy and runs one of the worlds top management training companies so networking the right people isn't an issue , the fact that Chalmers has been involved in previous bids bear no relevance to the situation at Salford , other than he's had experience in various facets of RL admin.
