Have they set dates for the FA cup yet? How likely will a clash with the Manchester derby be?

7th or 8th Jan. Would imagine Utd would be a 12.30pm kick off.

Tele talks on this regardless of police advice, I reckon will be main match on Sunday afternoon with a 3:00 pm kick off, or Saturday but knowing Salfords luck it will clash with the Leigh game, strange the FA cup United and City meet for 7 times in the 138 year history of the cup up to 2010, then meet twice in the space of less than a year, strange just when both clubs are challenging and not just one.

ITV get first pick of the FA Cup games so I would expect the Utd-City game to be in the Sunday dinnertime slot. Shouldn't affect the rugby too much.

Does anyone have the ticket details for this game yet as obviously it would have to be all-ticket with the limited capacity etc?

Cheers Pev, the £12 has been mentioned on our website but nowt about actually purchasing them - I guess that is more likely to be sorted once Salford actually get the keys to the place.

Just been confirmed that the FA cup Derby is Sunday 8th Jan at 1PM. that means me missing the first game.
