I thought there was an announcement due about the new kit supplier and sponsorship?

Did we ever find out which American manufacturer it will be? Personally hope for Under Armour.

I’ve noticed on the last few posts on the Salford website the name Salford has been omitted and its just the Red Devils just like the kit

I thought it had already been announced that we were dropping the Salford name?

You might aswell rip up your season ticket, burn your collection of Salford shirts, and get the Ian Blease tattoo removed.

There's also Warrior Sports there American, they Supply Liverpool FC. Also theres also BURRDA ,not american from the middle east (QATAR) they supply quite a few RU teams in the UK & IRELAND . and with the docs connections in that part of the world.

Someone just suggested Warrior too me, looked on their website and it looks like good stuff.

Oh for the heady days of Adidas and Puma getting back involved.

Them were the days when parents (Scottish Jewish parents anyway) didn't buy branded goods for kids, so if you wanted something other than plimmies, you either had to nick them or save all your pennies!!!!!

in these days when supporters replica jerseys are called ' apparell'and designs are ' cutting edge ' I'm usually eXtremely underwhelmed , no doubt who ever is named as our new kit supplier, they'll be eXpensive & unavailable for Xmas.

Looking at Twitter, it seems that it is Under Armour who will be our suppliers.

That is brilliant, the quality of their stuff is top drawer. I've got the Welsh RU kit and it's very good quality.

They do some good polo shirts and stuff like that which I think has been a bit poor quality over recent years, would be nice if they did some stuff I might be able to wear playing golf to fly the flag.

Certainly an improvement on Kooga.

just thinking if you go on the WRU shop page you'll see what I'd expect would be available and in red you'll get a feel for things.

Just looking at the WRU kits. They actually look pretty good. If they are anything like these I'll be pretty happy.

Unfortunately we seem to have had a habit of not making red merchandise. We seem obsessed with black and grey.

Always say the away kit should be black as some our best away stuff has been black, just as long as we avoid that foul green effort from a couple of season ago.

I know I get shouted down sometimes for having ideas but if it is too be UA the club could do worse than try and get some of there golf gear made up with the logo on and put it in the local clubs, I know where I'm a member lots of members say they go/used too go too games so maybe they would be interested in buying a good quality polo with the club badge on rather than the poor quality ones we've had over the last few years (I've had a couple and they were dog eared after a couple of washes).

Pretty sure when the Doc said we were changing suppliers that the new people were brand new too RL.

It seems he was well p1ssed last night. Upset Saints fans, tipped Wire to win 2015, and told other fans that he DGAF what they think. Fair play he's come on this afternoon a little sheepish.
