With both teams coming off big wins in the CC, A play-off spot a stake. Also a chance of 3 wins on the bounce, this has to be our biggest game of the season so far. Hopefully a good turnout on Friday night.

We are playign pretty well at the moment, beat Rovers comfy, hard fought win away at Warrington, draw with Saints and big win in the cup.

We should have a full strenght team out with the exception of Long, in fact it will be hard for agar to pick a 17, with the recent performances of fridge players like Turner, Washbrook and Dowes.

Big game for both teams this one, will be very disapointted if we don't win (expect you will be the same).

Been a strange and disapointing season for both teams so far this year.

Both teams are capable of the victory, and both teams capable of not turning up. I'd like to think Salford might have turned a corner with regards to their inconsistency and it looks like Hull have done the same. Hopefully, home advantage might be crucial here as The Willows is a tough place for opposition at any time. Think it might be a cracker.

I don't mind if we lose as long as its an entertaining game of rugby, hopefully it will be a close game. It has been in recent years at The Willows.

Making my first visit to the Willows (had to come and do it before it parted). I'm bringing my father-in-law who isnt very mobile. Is there seating areas in the General admission areas/family stand?

There's two options for seating at the Willows. The Austin Trumanns Stand along the side of the pitch, and the Family Stand/North Stand Seats behind the goals (behind where the away fans stand). I think that it costs more to sit along the side of the pitch, but that stand will be more easily accessible for someone with mobility issues as you can enter a turnstile near the ticket office and walk on the flat to the front of the stand. With the Family/North Stand you need to get up to the top of the standing terrace, and then up the steps into what is a much higher stand (with great view though). I [ithink[/i that you can go in the family stand without paying extra.

True, I don't think anyone cares how bad a game is as long as you come out with the 2 points. Would love to see a good open game of Rugby though

Hull beat Warrington at the HJ and we lose 60-0 at home to them. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's going to be tough to get a win. COME ON YOU REDS!

That's just indicative of the season as a whole though isn't it? We beat Catalans in France, yet they beat Wire at Wire, who murdered us at the Willows etc etc. I don't think you can read into that too much.

I agree it's the biggest game of the season and I do expect it to be a closely fought contest, it should give us a real idea of just how good (or bad) we are.

Just a quick one, will I be able to use my junior away voucher on the turnstiles on friday?

Not 100% sure on that one, they may take the voucher at turnstile or you may have to exchange it at the ticket office, but will find out in morning & post on here.

Still no Henry, Gleeson or Parker.

I'm no longer a Junior Passholder (this is my first season as a Student Passholder) but I went to the match at the Willows in 2008 and 2009 (I think it was those years, anyway, I know that I've been twice) and on both occaisions they accepted the voucher at the turnstiles, but you have to find the correct turnstile as not everyone of them can take the voucher. Luckily, I asked a Steward and they pointed me in the right direction so you should be fine.

yes you can use the voucher at turnstile, but as posted, find the correct ones to use & the stewards will point you in the right direction.



Spoke with Henry last week said another couple of weeks, Gleeson was 4 weeks away, Parker wasn't in full training, but didn't say how long off.

Thanks for the info! I thought you would be able to, just that with their been a different ticketing policy for the game I wasn't 100% sure.
