Here Here, well said. I'm not intentionally defending the club but it does seem they are in a no win situation with some people doesn't it? If they didn't then the usual suspects would be bemoaning them for not promoting the club or doing more to encourage season tickets sales for 2013.

I firmly believe that whatever the club 'do' or 'don't do' will result in the same predictable criticism from the same few.

I remember Salford having four of five staff, plus mascot, at The Etihad last season for some Halloween event. They were certainly popular with the kids.
