Having just seen the Exiles final 22. I must say what an absolute disgrace it is to NOT have Joel Moon in it.

The man's on a different planet and is outperforming centres in teams way above Salford in the league!

I hope someone from the club comes out and says so its rubbish as they were deathly quiet about Patten, if the club don't build our players up who will!

Moon is having an outstanding year and I am sure the stats show it. If he was at Wigan or Saints he would have been in.

I can only assume the idiots in charge of the Exiles haven't watched Salford as we are never on TV. For gods sake the coach is in Australia so how has he seen the players play properly?

I agree with what you're saying, and I think Patten deserved a spot too. But say he came out with a broken leg or something - it'd be a massive blow for us. Best let them do their thing for us, rather than the Exiles.

At least we don't risk our VIP Players in pointless fixtures , & assuages any guilt in me not taking any notice of the Exiles games.

What are you all moaning at, surely now that you have put a little form together are you seriously bothered about getting players to represent in that game. Blessing in disguise i'd call it.

It's a no brainer for me i can totally understand why Moon has been overlooked by Sa and Carmont. Moon's having a good season no doubt but defensively he's been caught napping on a few occasions stats mean nothing regarding centres by the way.

Looking at the 22, looks like the exiles are going for biff in the centres, and Moon just doesn't fit the game plan. Shame for the Exiles game as a spectacle, as he's without a doubt the most exciting to watch, but I wont be loosing any sleep over it as a Salford fan for the reasons already mentioned.
