Well, in previous years I reckon John Kear would have signed him as "project" type player. But considering the uncertainty at Wakefield, I don't think JT want to ge there. Equally, would he really want to play NL1? I mean, he was at Easts not so long ago. Hmm. Perhaps a year out where he may grow up a bit before making a comeback. A bit like Todd Carney did in the NRL. (Although his year out was forced.)
