I did hear Bigpev praising the coach yesterday for having the foresight to change the usual tactics and target the weak links in the Sts defence and get in amongst them.

Excuse me for even questioning our coach.
I take it all back he has been superb for 3 years and the win against Saints makes up for all that has gone before.

Well i am honoured, but I will reply, one swallow does not a summer make, but when we look at this game, we played the way I have been calling for since we got back in SuperLeague, a leopard does not change its spots, so I would say well done McRae for trying something different, which will also bring the crowds back, not only to us but other rugby league teams as well. Saturday was exciting and we played the game of we will score more than you whatever you do. To be fair our defence was good, two very dodgy tries one a knock on and the other that strange wording "benefit of the doubt" when even all of the brains trust of rugby league said no try, so only 4 tries against.
The Jury is still out and until we show some consistency i will reserve full judgement, next up the Catalan and we can win here but if he goes back to up the middle 5 runs and a kick they will bog us down. Open flair will beat the French Aussies.

I'm not saying you should live in a dream world but nearly every post you stick on here is coach bashing and it's wearing thin.

I've posted less and less on RLFans over the last year or two because, frankly, I can't be bothered with reading a lot of the self-destructive drivel that appears from fans that do little or no good to the rest of us let alone any of the club that may get wind of it.

Bloody keyboard warriors. Constructive and reasoned argument seems to be a rare commodity. I'm not singling anyone out in particular there is just so much negativity around our fans it really worries me.

Its a forum for discussion and if you dont like it then what you have done is the right thing to do

The negativity is there due to the fact that other clubs have overtaken us and with the new franchises coming up that is a real concern. If we play the attractive rugby that was on show against Saints then the fans will come. We need bigger crowds and a improvement in league position to stand a chance, Saturday was a start.
