I think we are looking at below expectations for Bradford and London this season and i don't think either of then will be in the shake up at the end of the season

It’s hardly a reality check my never been kissed friend. Bradford were never tipped for promotion and Sheffield have a better squad than us. The result is hardly a shock - maybe the score line but the way we’re shipping points it won’t be the first thumping we can expect.

Thankfully because the difference between the top of the championship and the bottom is so great we’ll finish about midway down the league.

So league express tipped Bradford to be one of nine clubs fighting for a top six place and that’s your evidence that we were one of the clubs favoured to go up?

Why should Championship clubs get money from the tv deal when they are never on tv under said tv deal?

I’ve no idea I’m not John Kear. What have Leigh got to do with Bradford? Their squad was already better than everyone else’s in the division. Again none of these means anyone other than ill informed people like you thought Bradford were promotion material.



Because Championship clubs aren’t allowed to sell the rights to their games because the summer bash and play off games are shown on Sky.

Because Leigh got the vote. Why? Because they were more ready for SL than the others. By applying, your club obviously felt you were ready. 1 year of SL money and hiding after hiding wasn't exactly going to get you anywhere so there must have been a belief from the powers that be that you could compete. The two games i've seen from you so far majorly suggest otherwise. All my opinion of course.



Well that's their fault for agreeing to that deal then. They could have said no thanks and found their own deal, but they accepted the hand out instead.

That still doesn’t have any bearing on the merits of the actual squad assembled to compete in the championship this season but keep trying. You’ll get there one day. A bit like getting a girl to kiss you.

Again - as it's pretty much the same squad you would have had in SL you obviously felt it was good enough. Unless of course my previous post was exactly what you put in your application.

Lol, London applied too, and we KNOW we haven't a squad to compete, we'd have had to have cobbled together something from those no-one else in SL wanted and some imports, it's madness to think Bradford wouldn't or shouldn't have applied, it's not the fans fault the club is in it's current predicament.

Both squads were already put together (based on financial projections that took into account the loss of last season, uncertainty over whether fans will be back this year and the prospect of no central funding next year) well in advance of Toronto folding. When that unexpected opportunity arose why wouldn’t clubs apply for it?

Well I'll go the other way and say why would you apply for Super League when you know you're not ready, will finish bottom get relegated and probably set yourselves back a few years in the process? All for the sake of a few quid. It would be more like accepting a lottery ticket at 15 and knowing if you win it you can't actually claim anyway. What's the point? I do sort of get it with London though as they may have won the expansion vote.
